Make the most of our libraries with a range of community-hire facilities. Signing up is free and easy and will allow you to check out all of our fantastic spaces, at a number of different venues across Newcastle.

You will have your own online account, where you have access to the following:

• Search multiple spaces
• Check availability and submit enquiries
• View your bookings
• Manage your account

For those hiring on behalf of a community group or charity, or as a member of staff for Newcastle County Council, tick the "I am a member of a community group or charity" checkbox to select your relevant User Group.

A member of our team will be in touch once your chosen User Group has been approved, allowing you to see discounted rates on the website.

Some community groups may be eligible for our charity discount. Please upload a cover letter to detail your organisations work to help our team respond to your request.

Community group discounts are considered on a case-by-case basis.
