Newburn Library is located in an elevated position and access is via outdoor steps or ramped access. The entrance to this library is on the ground floor with automatic doors, and then stairs or a platform lift to the level of the library. We have free WiFi access, public toilets, accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities. At Newburn Library we have the following: Nearby bus stops on the High Street for travelling in both directions. Limited free on-street parking is available. Please note: the library is closed from 1pm-1.30pm on Wednesdays and Fridays.
